April “RUN YOUR ASS OFF” Challenge.So far, so good. Ran 3 on Tuesday, 5 on Friday, 3 today. Either gonna do 3 on Tuesday or 5 on Wednesday, depending on what the weather does.

Work on my core strength.Haven’t done as much as I originally intended, but have made the point to get some crunches in. Will work on incorporating more this week.
Do another 15 mile run. Planning this for the week before the PGH half.
