April Goals: Week 1 Check In

  • Lose 5 pounds. Saw 139 the other day. So far, so good. Let’s see if I can keep this up.
  • April “RUN YOUR ASS OFF” Challenge. So far, so good. Ran 3 on Tuesday, 5 on Friday, 3 today. Either gonna do 3 on Tuesday or 5 on Wednesday, depending on what the weather does. 
  • Register for my last June race AND my full marathon. Registered for the full. Last June race will wait for the next paycheck.
  • Work on my core strength. Haven’t done as much as I originally intended, but have made the point to get some crunches in. Will work on incorporating more this week.
  • Do another 15 mile run. Planning this for the week before the PGH half. 
  • CROSS TRAINING. Haven’t done enough of this. Will do more this week.
