a friend of mine posted the link on Facebook and over the course of about an hour I’ve become obsessed with it! You can create playlists, buy music, etc…all based around your pace, or your goal pace, or the kind of workout you want to do. Awesome!

Wicked excited that Jillian Michaels podcast is back. I LOVE to listen to her while I’m working out and I’ve missed her show over the past year.
Had a shit-tastic run yesterday. It was supposed to be an easy 2-miler. But I just.couldn’t.do it. I basically walked and only did 1.23 miles. I have a 3-miler scheduled for today (or tomorrow) but I think I’m going to go today and do it since I’ll have this piece of action on my iPod. Boo yah!

No run at the gym tonight–got called off of work at the last minute. But that’s okay, I’ll do it tomorrow. And I’ll do ½ mile in my new shoes as my friend (and VFF enthusiast) Sam recommended.
