Yummy breakfast-peanut butter & banana on a whole grain honey wheat bagel english muffin (I keep doing that! I know it’s not a bagel!) with coffee.
Training Plan for 1/17-1/23
I figure putting my training goals for the week out there will make sure I don’t skip the cross-training & extra stuff.
Mon 1/17–run 2 miles
Tue 1/18–JM Yoga Meltdown (level I)
Wed 1/19–run 3 miles
Thu 1/20–Yoga Booty Ballet Sculpt
Fri 1/21–rest
Sat 1/22–run 3 miles
Sun 1/23–rest
Training Log–Week 2 (1/10-1/15)
Monday (1/10)-2 miles on treadmill; went in dreading it, but forced myself to pick up the pace and left glad that I did it.
Thursday (1/13)-2.27 miles on treadmill; first 2.02 in my Ryka’s, last .25 in my VFFs! Love them already.
Saturday (1/15)– 3.25 miles on treadmill; varied speed every ¼-½ mile. Last ¼ mile in my VFFs, a little rough in the middle, but good overall.
